@Oskar Czeladko make sure you are working with a mortgage broker and not a big bank lender, when listing agents see a big bank lender they automatically think long escrow so steer away from the Chases, BOA, Wells Fargos etc.

I don't personally know anyone who's used it but I've seen a lot of people talk about it on YouTube Hi I actually went to BOA and if you go on their mortgage website they will show you which properties qualify for their version of downpayment assistance they will give you up to $7,500

I run a query who has the mortgage owner for the condo in Kihei, comes the usual suspect:First Hawaiian BankBank of HawaiiPacific Loans Inc but I see few mainland bank as well like GMAC MORTGAGE,etc, but I dont see BOA or WF.Having said that yes it's easier just to contact the bank above to get the loan.
