There are plenty of apps out there that can make paying bills easier, and peer-to-peer payment tools (Venmo, Zelle, etc) make it pretty easy to add a description so that you know what they payments or for.

I think it's reasonable to request the full app if you're going to consider continuing the leases.

Are there any apps you use or do you handle it all on Excel?

I know in the parts of San Antonio I work, 21 days or less is pretty normal, but there are parts of town that are much slower than that too.Are you getting showing, but no apps, or just no showings?
