By law, all IRA funds must be held by a custodian.

I'm a licensed contractor in NYC and I have a good friend who's family owns a property here in Crown Heights Brooklyn that’s basically all paid off and taxes are up to date.

Not all of them are sketchy, but about half.

You get the best of both worlds in that way: No seasoning to pull cash out AND the conventional rate/costs and no pre-payment penalty which are all better then DSCR loans.

But exactly, it's too soon to tell right now, all we can do is keep our finger on the pulse for our own portfolio and for our investor clients.
