If you're thinking about a 50 room best western/holiday inn, I would imagine its a completely different story.

Hi, Is anyone currently using a title company/ person in Western Washington that does double closes or assignments. 

Even the western regional manufacturing rep that manufactures these washer/dryers was out and couldn't figure what was causing the problem. 

The gentleman has a property in a very small town in Western MA (about 1 hour 20 minutes away from me).

IMO the market in western NC crashed and still hasn't recovered.
