@Aaron Mikottis, I'm working on a victorian with doors like that and doing an historic renovation is a lot of work for sure.

My last Victorian that I did in Atlanta, I had found a leaded glass window in the attic, that said 'Beth' .When I sold the house, the buyer's name was Beth.

If buyers in your neighborhood are expecting 4/3 victorians that costs 500-600k, then make sure you fit that profile.  

As of right this minute there 378 HUD owned homes for sale in the State of Florida...Everything from a 4/2 in Jacksonville for under $ 20,000, to a large Victorian in Walt Disney's "hometown America" community of Celebration, FL for just under $ 400,000.If you are a new investor, find a Realtor that is HUD approved and take a look at the diversity of what HUD has for sale.
