I found it listed for rent and so far all I know is that they have been toying with the idea of selling.Some of my perceived bargaining chips: I am a mortgage Loan Officer so it will close quick, easy, and I can give him a killer deal for his next purchase if he is looking to buy again I can save him money not using an agent (I have one, but I found this on my own so not sure where he may come in on this)What other advantages am I not thinking of?

I'm looking to get my hands on the number of RV's registered by zip code in FL.Looking into developing an open storage concept for big toys/ RVs/ boats/ trailers and want to understand the density of ownership throughout the state.I've had little luck with the FLHSMV and local county clerk / DMV offices.TIA for any information or suggestions on where to locate!

So comparing X% from stock market, which is ordinary income taxed at your own W-2 tax rate, to Y% via real estate investing that may potentially result in active or passive income/loss taxed at a much lower rate (keep in mind I'm generalizing here, as there could be various tax consequences.)Study the markets' behavior in the past and see how it can be applied moving forward.
