Hadn't even thought about it but I think you're right...most are 4" these days...check the dryer vents at HD or Lowes, I think those are still available in 3" and you might be able to swap them out.

I hope I'm not seeing this as you swapped out each device with an ungrounded outlet with a 3 prong (perceived by tenants or anyone else as grounded) device.

So, getting an appliance swapped out is not hard for me.

You could use a policy loan to swap out some of your higher interest credit card debt.

Link swapping works within reason, but don't over-do it.

If you were referring to me, Jeffrey, actually I wasn't talking about trading currencies, although I did that heavily last year.Also, airports & some hotels can swap your money back and forth, but usually not at the best rates.

The plumbing is always an issue too, but its normally more obvious if the plumbing was done by checking to see if the two handled shower valves were swapped out and if the rough plumbing looks modern (copper/pvc). 

The appraiser has an obligation to fix factual errors, they do not have an obligation to swap out comps.
