Not one or two, but if I see several advertising events that come and gone 5+ years ago not a good sign, I know one neighborhood in Detroit still with a Final Four 2009 advertisement, an Obama 2008, and personal favorite a billboard for failed rapper from 2007ish who actually grew up not far from me in a ritzier suburb(its consistently named top-50 places in America for families) than I grew up in (Eminem making fun of a guy going to Cranbrook where guys like Mitt Romney went, its a real thing locally).If I see no police in the area riding by or walking over the course of a few hours.

I have a long term strategy as well as short term strategies to adjust to market adjustments.Man I remember in 2012 (one of the best buying opportunities) There were tons of people claiming we were heading for the 2012 fiscal cliff, there was so much uncertainty with the Obama/Romney election, property values had just went up 20-30% off their lows so we were 'bound for a crash', there was a lot of talk of a double dip recession, the "shadow inventory" was bound to cause a "double dip recession"  etc etc...What happened to those 2012 prophets?

s are currently & slowly rebasing in of near the major damns generating electricity, of the Columbia River of Oregon & Wash. state; this began before President Obama was in office as Pres., with Obama is a good marker for when this migration turned more significant.

Next, the Obama Library will eventually be built creating a few jobs and more tourist to the area which will be another economic anchor in the community (I have discounted the Library as an outright stimulus for growth in the area. 

Thanks for the idea Bob, I am somewhat familiar with MLP's and it's a good consideration but I am worried about the Obama administration reforming the corporate tax code which would negatively affect MLP's overall.
