Most notably a rehab that went $100k over budget and a failed attempt at Airbnbing an Airstream that was a $30k mistake 

@Samuel Hopkins - IMO that is a rookie mistake.  

By far the BIGGEST THING I wish could have learned earlier and I am still working on is avoiding other peoples mistakes, by taking their advice.  

I wish I would have held 50 or so of the 500 I flipped MASSIVE mistake, cost me millions, 

The loan officer must have made a pricing mistake somewhere in the process.

Submit all of your info etc and see how much you qualify for.This will change in the future as you start to do other deals, but this is the best way starting out and doing a house hack etc.As for college, I went to college and it was one of the biggest financial mistakes I have ever made.

Whether buying land to develop, buying existing Storage locations, reduce risk of over inventory of storage units in one market, TIME waiting for either land or a location to become available for sale, while we are trying to grow our business.Start small and MAKE YOUR BIG MISTAKES EARLY.
