In places where an average eviction takes months instead of weeks, I’d stick to Class A’s and B+ and my understanding is that not every eviction goes through the courts in some of those places.

Even if inflation were 0% 4 months it would still be above 2%.It will probably drop in February below 3% and people will cheer (read it first hear everyone will go nuts and say here goes housing….)then in March it will go back up above 3% - why?
