We learned and became confident and then grew from there.At the end of the day, it's taking an informed leap of faith and then buckling down and making it work.Hopefully there's a nugget or two in there that can help.

I don't think landlords in general are considered that negatively in society as a whole, but if I grew my business to your level, it's possible I would amend my opinion.

Traditional housing grew at an average annual rate of 3.8% while manufactured housing averaged out at 3.4%.According to the Urban Institute article, this is the first year the FHFA has released this kind of data on manufactured housing.

I was discouraged by the local market in LA and am looking elsewhere, specifically in the Portland, Oregon, where I grew up.

I grew up in the South Hills (Mt Lebanon) and then moved to New Mexico for school but moved back because I love this city.     

David -- I grew up in Morris County, so I would be fine with any area within 1.5 hours from the city.

I found a property that I would like to purchase back home, but it’s not for sale, I see the property as a good buy and hold property and it actually is the house I grew up in.

I grew up in Detroit and love so much about the city.
