I’ve heard of people that will kind of do a loyalty offer where they will handle items that are regular maintenance (painting, new carpet etc) but instead of waiting for the tenant to move they go ahead and freshen things up to help retain.

They feel that those skill sets are the same... but I think having full-time cleaning, full-time front desk, perhaps loyalty programs, renting out space to a restaurant/bar operator, seems like it could be similar but not a 1-for-1 similarity to the experience of running a short-term rental property.

That does not show loyalty to be able to get discounts for multiple properties.Pick a company, state farm, farmers, whoever.
