Ok bookkeeping and web interface to track docs.

By uploading the required information and supporting documentation via the service's web based interface, the process of verification was very fast and painless.  

My main concern is the customer interface as I feel a personal touch is more preferred than working with a company. 

Podio is very customizable so it serves as the "central hub" or "interface" and creates the relationships between items.

The reason because I like the same is only because its hassle free, featured with user friendly and calender based interface and manage the things in a better way to have the end result come out with extreme level of specification.

They also connect you with 3rd party partners they have for obtaining financing, insurance, and property management and will coordinate with those partners through the process.Convenience: Roofstock literally allows you to go through the entire process of purchasing an out of state investment property without ever needing to leave your home.Website Interface: I found their site to be very straight forward and easy to use.

Loved their interface and everything always went smooth.

I'll be scaling in every auction because the rates have been rising each auction and I want to play around a bit with the interface and get a feel for how it works.

It could be that Listsource has more of a user-friendly interface, which certainly counts for something...

That way your not working with different logins, interfaces, etc.
