There is no way around that in most cases in Hartford County. 

@Greg Wright There are a lot of reasons why houses in a town like Wolcott tend to sit in my opinion and here are some of them.high taxesthe fact that it is near waterbury scares people away in some casesa lot of 1st time home buyers do not want to deal with septic systems and wellsIt is not very convenient to Hartford or New Haven from therethe inventory that sits there is overpricedWith all of that said, there are beautiful areas of Wolcott as I am sure you know. 

if not, it might be worth the ride to New Haven or even up to the Hartford area.

What would you do about it Any investors in the area of Hartford Connecticut that experienced anything similar and can explain if it was worth it or not
