Here in the Kansas City Market - the top listings on google are all carrot websites and all look similar, so my job is to take that website and trade out photos, edit in personal stuff and then when we get the lead, the team has to do their job and follow up and build rapport and negotiate.

On the flip side I'm just imagining how much I would dread everyday working at a company I hated with only that carrot hanging in front of me.
