The old stuff looks clean and not dreadful, and is in neutral colors, but isn't that nice (e.g. the cabinets are kind of rickety and the DW/fridge don't really fit all that well into the space made for them, the floors aren't missing pieces, but also are a bit uneven in places).

It's large, almost 1400 sf for a 3 bedroom condo built in 2001 (so it has the blonde cabinets) in a gated community that is kept up well.
