We were told the offer was shared with the seller, one refused, the others never responded back.All offers we make clear that the lease is only until closing which we anticipate taking 9-10 months.

Make sure to have clear contracts in place for any tenant arrangement.

All i have done was said, "I appreciate knowing that the title will be clear at closing."

.- Once it looks like you are going to clear $50k for the year - after everything is deducted!

My PM at the time was adamant about sending the tenants to collections once we had a clear idea of the figure they're responsible for, which is about $10k.
