It’s a high Asian population area of town. 

Being laid off and not working led to depression and feeling like less of a man and she didn't understand.. since then she has became very insecure and very jealous.. i have to walk with my head down when we go to stores so she dont think im looking at other females.. and i have begged her to support me and start learning about investing with me but she wont.. i want a better life im tired of the life ive been living for the past 35 years and i know real estate can give me a better one.. has anyone else been in this position?

Is it best to target males or females or just let it target both?

Turns out it is managed by a trust, and some asian beauty salon uses it as their address.

I always get so excited when a female responds to my threads.

Many Indians and Asians have huge families and they often cook and hang out in the garage.

So at this point one person is no longer going so we are looking for 1-2 more females who would like to go to this event and split costs (you would only have to pay $50 for registration and then split hotel/gas.... that's it!).

My Asian girlfriend happen to be with me and said that this place isn't Feng Shui, so a lot of her friends and family members would not want to ever buy this place.Main problem was that the stairs going to the 2nd floor is in the same path as the front entrance door, so as soon as you open the front door, if you take a few steps forward, you will hit the stairs.Pic taken from front door:The lease / sales data looks fine from what I found on the MLS, but do I really want to limit myself to subset of a demographic by purchasing this property?
