At that point, it's worth researching and finding a solution that better meets your needs.

Not only could this negatively affect your cash flow, but it could also decrease the value of your property.

I know a few RV park owners who 'pocket' a good percentage of their revenues in cash to keep taxes lowered. 

You need that cash if you're going to buy an investment.

I would personally sell those now but I don’t like D’s so take it for what it’s worth.
