Hi BP Community,I am hoping to connect with investor friendly brokers and/or wholesalers in the Denver area and am wondering if anyone has advice on best practices in creating these connections efficiently. 

But its seems like these products are imaginary programs that people have heard of but nobody has actually done one. 

And if they are 50-70% leveraged, AND the equity is performing at 5-7%, then most people would be living off of most of that come and have only about 10% of it to donate or sacrifice.

BP has a plethora of knowledge (both with content and people).

Even if I am unable to help, I could refer you to people who can.

That is very little money for the amount of work performed, but not only the onsite manager, but all the people behind the scenes that no one sees.

Now that the rehab is complete, there's some equity in the property, and I'm moving in, I can't help but wonder if it's smart to take this time to do something on the side to pay down my mortgage faster or start educating myself on screening tenants and doing my due diligence.
