This week is focused on Market Indicators for 2019 for Multifamily Real Estate in SoCal. 

They've been on the market for about 6-weeks, in an area where we are seeing less than 1-week on the market, with houses going above market value.

They've dropped the price by $10k-$20k almost every week (I think they're at $1.8m now?).
