@Darshil Parikh if u hold it and have enough cash flow it wouldn’t be a problem, however I do see when the stock market crash many people will lose there jobs and homes and a year or two there will be a lot foreclosure for us investors to choose from.

From an investment standpoint, I view the share price, like any other publicly traded equity, as mostly influenced by investor sentiment. 

I would think not since it is returning a portion of their initial capital, but not sure how the IRS would view it.In addition, once the GP refinances the 50% of initial investment of the LPs, I believe the GP would usually charge a refinance fee.
