We had a guest who was from the LPGA tour who left gross leftover food everywhere and had used tinfoil to cover the fire alarms.This didn't happen to me but a friend of mine had a guest take out the gas logs and put in real logs in the fireplace because she wanted it to be a woodturning fire place.

For example, if there is a gas leak, call 9-1-1, and then call me when everybody has vacated unit and is safe!

@Geneva Crisostomo It's best to make sure the infrastructure is in place before advertising (i.e. lot paved and/or concreted, access to water/sewer, electric, gas, etc).
