This is true even for a local move.Once the receiving HA approves the port, she will get a call giving her case worker assignment and telling her she needs to set up an appointment to come to their office for an orientation meeting.  

Imagine your Goal is to find Financial Security (first) and eventually complete Financial Freedom (leave the Corporate gig) and you want to achieve in the next 10 years a monthly net income of 30k monthly, become an expert, and dedicate your professional (and great part of the personal) life to this industry.

It almost seems too good to be true especially since the "hard work" has been done because tenants already reside.

From what I have read, banks would not loan to new LLC's without proof of income.Furthermore, I have inquired for a lawyer's assistance with LLC formation and he quoted me $2000 to $2,500 for professional fees.  

@ Jarrod Gregory - to get a true passive income, invest with a syndicator who will find the deal, finance it and manage it.

So why not start with a tired and true model and manage itself yourself from afar?
