They sell a little install kit that has a plastic block used to snap them together and a metal bar that you use for the pieces next to the wall.

Even though the watering holes are frequented by college kids on the weekends, the density of restaurants and bars actually works better for busy professionals who want to live in a walkable urban area.

With the bars, restaurants, and a small artist community it should be on you r list of considerations.Roxborough is more of a working class, family oriented neighborhood. 

My point is barring an exceptional return it’s a horrible idea for the property owner.  

We built a 3/4 size X-wing AND Tie Fighter, built a full commercial retro arcade, toddler secret clubhouse, coffee bar, etc and I would say we're maybe 75th percentile on a good day.

The location would be perfect for an Airbnb as it is on the lower east side (for anyone that knows Milwaukee) and is 10 minute walking distance to the two most popular bar streets in the city, Water St. and Brady St. and a 15 minute walk to the lakefront.

We have hours and hours in setup and added and adding data everyday and without question a wholesaler calls me and I buy a home I never knew was for sale.I love the data collection, the interface with zapiar,and mail chimp, just a ton of work and I'm still waiting for the silver cloud to drop some gold bars on my head.  

I have a soft spot for the island as I had a lot of good times there, it has the best bars/clubs by far (don't know if they're still there, but we had Ocean Drive, Springfield Inn, La Costa, Shenanigans, Steak Out - I played some of these places!)
