Margins during covid were slim due to labor/staffing issues and inflation.As far as housing for pregnant women, I am not educated on that topic.

Additionally, with a inspection contingency in place, could the buyer technically back out for any reason they claim on the inspection?

From what you've described here, your lease is for $0, so technically you can't legally evict for non payment because there is no rent payment due. 

So technically, according to him The dog meets all the requirements for our pet policy.

I'm just trying to decide if I should ask my agent to request a partial credit even though it technically works now.   

Its worth a try and technically its possible, but I have not heard of a loan servicer actually allowing this. 

Unless you tell me that they never did a true closing...Assuming this person isn't the legal owner, they technically will need to obtain the services of a qualified professional, probably an attorney, to help fix this..Good luck.
