With all the help and utilizing tech I probably work about 10 hrs a week on the management side of the business. 

You also have a huge tech hub starting there so demand should be ok for a while there because the people coming are typically higher earners. 

At a time when big tech has finally realized they don't need to concentrate their whole workforce in a half dozen cities...

Housing is too high for rents and who knows if new tech will come out like pods that Elon lives in to help the housing crisis.

Tech companies are continuously moving here and establishing a footprint in Columbus as well.

But, other parts of the economy Will crash and if that bleeds over to real estate, properties will go down in price even more.I'd keep an eye on banks, the stock market, the bond market, pension funds, energy, transportation and high tech.

Did I mention I'm not very tech/social savvy? 

The other unit is working but it's 25 years old and I'm told by the AC tech that the air handler blower motor and assembly is starting to fail and will cost 2500$ to repair.
