I have come to realize that compared to where BP was say 3 years ago, we are sliding in the quality of informative posts.It's rather difficult to say, but this new wave of newbies bouncing in speaking authoritatively as if they know something is getting harder to keep up with, then include the sharks looking for prey, the wanabe gurus, and those that don't understand Chapter One of the Principles of Real Estate and we have a real mess!

This meant that you couldn't install a new tub without removing the tile above the tub (about 2' above the tub) or removing drywall and trimming the studs from the bathroom wall to allow enough room to set the tub flat and slide it into place.

The "popular" theory, promoted by foreclosure defense attorneys was that the bank could not foreclose on Any non payment of P&I once a foreclosure was filed due to non payment of P&I, if the original foreclosure or, a subsequent one, was not active at the 5 year mark.
