There are a lot of smart folks on here that will shoot you straight and REALLY know their stuff.  

@Heather Hines is right about going straight to an eviction lawyer since you are already in the process.

Younger folks are being eaten alive by their student loan debt.Millions of jobs were lost, millions more were ravaged (hours / wages cut, people demoted, benefits taken away, ...)I understand your feelings, Steve, but I think it's unfair to lump everyone in tough financial straights in the same "bucket". 

We've seen several posts and clarifications coming from people seemingly connected to "Note Camp" but unfortunately these posts have contained incorrect information despite several of the regular Solo 401k posters here trying to set the record straight.

Do I just jump straight to school?

If you want straight networking, go to the monthly Bigger Pockets meetups and the Pine Financial Happy Hours.

The only issue with that is I'm sure most lenders would probably want me to stay with that new job for at least a year straight, maybe even two!

I've had the most success being straight with people, explaining my personal motivations if they seem suspicious, and not insulting anyone's intelligence.  

Good this is that incorporating here in North Carolina is pretty straight forward, so do not be intimidated by this.
