Gregory Heddaeus Keeping First Home as Rental While Upgrading To A New House

Matthew Marshall Best approach to Cold Calling distressed home owners
23 August 2017 | 16 replies
I definitely worded that wrong, I was referring to sales/cold calling techniques that prevent a definitive direct shut down in the conversation.I understand a walk through appointment is the goal of this conversation however, I don't want to come across as some cut throat number crunching beast trying to make a steal on their property.Maybe asking if there is anyone currently living in the property and what their future plans are would be the best method, then seeing if they may be open to selling, if so setting up an appointment so we can make an offer.
