If a fire starts in a new home, that tight window seal, foam insulation, Tyvek wrap...etc will allow a fire to be self contained causing no escape route for smoke and other ignition byproducts from it.

Would it be a smoking deal at 925k and 1 or two years of no interest on payments?

Smoke detectors, emergency exits, and much more.

Within the last 18 months Ive had 2 roofs replaced...one in Rockville on a split level, and one in Silver Spring on an L shaped rambler.  

For example, we discriminate against people who don't have sufficient income, people who smoke, people who have a bad legal history, people who have poor credit history, people who have stiffed other landlords or destroyed their property, and people who lie on their applications or don't even turn in an application. 

I use them in all my properties along with the smoke detectors they make.

I think sometimes folks look for the silver bullet, instead of hitting the phones day after day. 

They realize it is smoke, they just have an axe to grind.
