Well from my experience if I have a record that doesn't pull any numbers back after three skip tracing services.

No you dont want skip tracing software. you genrally pay for a specific search or you can pay a private detective.

You're probably making good money at your job, so here's my suggestion: why not skip the whole hassle of buying individual rentals and go straight to syndications and private placements?

If I can avoid it, I'd like to simply use a promissory note and skip the securities lawyer.

Can they skip next months rent and a portion of the following months rent to cover for the cost of the repairs if they decide to stop waiting and get it repaired?
