There's a chance they caused the moisture that allowed this growth and failed to report it in a timely manner, they are violating the law by withholding rent, and they are generally a pain in your backside.You also have to own up to your own mistakes and may want to consider hiring a property manager before your mistakes cost you tens of thousands.
