If you were getting it significantly below market value, that's a different story, but it sounds like you're not.

I’ve been in the industry for a little over 4 years now, and even though I still consider myself new I wanted to start this discussion to share my opinion of why this happens and would love for people to share their perspective on it too.

We did almost 140k last year in two strs and on track for more this year, so I guess the moral of the story is I am behind any investor that pushes hard in any way as long as its monetarily responsible.
