Do they make a distinction between the fixtures and features of the property itself, and any tools/equipment/materials you have at the property?

There about 100 million posts about “what should I do with X amount of money” so I’d recommend utilizing the search function to find those and read them.

It had a quit claim deed attached to it so we had a title search done.

I've been dragging my feet searching for places myself for about a year and a half, and am finally realizing that the next steps are to find a realtor and lender. 

You could always search a source like Angie's List, Porch, or Houzz.

Chapt 2-1I was curious and only briefly searched and I am not affiliated with the Army (just a wierdo that likes looking up laws).Looks like it is prohibited as a conflict of interest.

Understand that we will be more "high maintenance" during our search because we will likely want to look at more properties in a day and for many days.

I'll continue searching through the BP resources, but will appreciate any suggestions on where to start!

So my idea is to search and find these somewhat worn houses and apply to buy for around $500-$1,000 and get the deeds and then turn around and sell it to one of those "We Buy Houses For Cash" businesses.
