In my area we have several Real Estate schools.

Big company can be good and should have training, however, there are plenty of opportunities for training offered by the title insurance companies and real estate schools.

My only time in CA, took French at the Army Language school, Presidio in Monterey, years ago.

We are all engineers who recently graduated college and have good incomes with good Loan-to-debt ratios.

My wife and I want to move into a new home in a better school district. 

The tax assessment value of her house now is about 86k.Now here lies the problem,  being a single mother throughout the 90's and racking up school loans and credit card debt, she doesn't have the greatest credit score and has been denied a refinance in the past.. which is what would be the best scenario right?

I work with a network of investors across the country and also the school for investors I attend teach us different exit strategies that really don't consist of using agents and most of the investors don't use agents.

When I started in real estate I took online classes and even though I am successful I still am with the school and continuing to take classes to keep up with change in the business.

At least I found a school that will allow for some duplication.Mark
