The county made me get an engineer to re-design the building's framing because someone put a heavy tile roof on the house.

We have owner financing, and we negotiated with the owner to replace the roof as part of the purchase price.

I am currently looking at a property(sf) right now going for 750k the house was build 1931 on CBS and has a new roof .
