Independent agents anywhere with access to Foremost (I think it's just a request and some paperwork for a quick approval) can get access to sell Foremost, so it doesn't have to be a Farmers agent.

Here is a clause....Non-exclusive: If the Optionor, or Optionor's Realtor, produces a bona fide written offer during the term of this agreement and prior to Optionee securing a buyer, or purchasing, this agreement will be considered null and void at Optionor's written request and payment of release fee of $1,000.

We wrote an offer for $40K above listing price with a fast close (as requested by the listing agent), limiting repairs requests to health and safety.
