I am clueless.Yes you can sell using Sub To, Land Contract, Owner Financing - what is frowned upon and difficult to do correctly is Lease Option.

There's an option for $50k loan amount as long as the value is $75k or higher....fees and rate will be bit higher than higher loan amounts.

Some stuff works for holds, while some work for lease options, while some works for flips.

Or better yet listed on Zillow and put in the comments that you would consider a lease or selling with lease option for the property.

Yes, there are options for financing a boat that can be similar to a home equity line of credit (HELOC).

Rent in this market is predicted to continue to increaseOther option would be to Flip and Sell, but I speculate the market could really increase if I rent for 2-3 years before selling (including option of seller finance)thanks for the help!!
