If you learn the basics of deeds, contracts, what rights are transferred in different situations and then you can begin designing transactions without using your money or little of it, what you need to recognize is the problem an owner has and then solve the problem, it doesn't always require a full sale in 30 days!

On the penalty form was information to challange this decision and it stated that I could not represent myself, I was required to have representation if I were to go forward, and that LLC's for workers comp cases where not recognized in the state of NY.

Owning/managing Canadian real estate through US LLC?

Canada does not recognize an LLC as a business entity and I believe just treats foreign LLCs as foreign corporations.So, I was wondering if it would be a good idea to form a US LLC of which I would be sole owner, say in Delaware, register it as a foreign LLC in Ontario as described in the links below, and own and operate my rental real estate in Ottawa through this LLC?
