I've been hearing on BP about new solutions for landlords receiving rent; but, I'm not sure which way to go.

The seller has guaranteed that they will pay rent until the space is leased out with a cap of receiving rent ending at 12 months. 

I also received the audiobook version which allowed me to listed to it on the go.  

I will include the estimates in parenthesis I received thus far, anything else will be what I estimated based on previous work done on my personal residence.
