I'm guessing each partner would put up 400,000 plus pay home cleaning, lawn maintenance, pool service, utilities, upkeep and maintenance plus a sinking fund for appliance and furniture replacement of 200 a month plus 100 a week while occupying the home.

The toilet and sink were switched which created a costly plumbing issue if we wanted to reverse it it back to where they should be (we are in a highrise) so we left it alone, but this also caused us to not be able to expand the bathroom further.
