Some random thoughts.When this first broke I was for a complete shutdown for 14 days in order to find what we are up against, not 14 months.

I wouldnt go randomly insulting strangers neighborhoods but I bet if you offered affordable housing in a non-"war zone" area to those residents they would jump on it with a quickness. 

@Carol Burns possibly interview 100 random people and see if the unemployment numbers match up?

Don’t pay it randomly: when you get statement, pay off 2- days before the due date.

Hey @Mike AmedeoDepend on the purpose, If the LLC purpose is to hold assets i would suggest to randomize the name as much as possible.

If you're property is vacant, and you just put in some random person, regardless of who they are, then the odds of having a bad tenant increases. 

It's a bit overwhelming trying to pick a random starting point since within my radius I haven't been able to find a deal in the price range I'm looking for. 

The other half of the bonus is paid at closing, to insure punch items from inspection are taken care of, etc.Lastly, I also get competitive bids at random times, just to make sure all pricing stays in line.  

I know I'm just some random stranger knocking on their door, asking personal questions, so I can understand if they don't want to share such sensitive information.

This gets more complex if you and your friends live in different states because if you choose one of your homes, now one of you has to deal with all of the mail, filing of documents, responding to requests, random other things that have to do with being the registered business address of a company.
