Since there aren't really any comps to look at for condos in southern Bushwick (there are only a few and they're all active sales now), I wonder where the market is likely to go as more condo buildings are built in this area (there are a few in progress ones right now)?

I have made far more progress in my negations by simply not taking the haggle bait.  

Although I haven't closed a deal yet, I feel very good about the progress I am making and extremely confident that I'll make something happen sooner or later.  

If you have a full time job, are you sure you can show up everyday to check on progress?

There are strong areas mainly in the path of progress and others that are mature, stagnant or even declining in value due to various reasons.
