Go to discover.com and you can set up an account to check your FICO8 (even if you don't have a discover card).

I do provide a business card of a local lawn company if they would rather do that at their expense. 

This will be used to operate my day to day operations out of, have a bank account/card, etc.

but thank god for my full time job, already: $2k in classes, $500 realtor association fee, $350 mls fee, expenses to huy business clothes, $50 business cards, monthly brokerage fee which i dont actually have to pay yet but you get the point. it adds up!

Many people are pretty surprised when they find that the FICO scores that are used my mortgage lenders tend to be considerably lower than the ones consumers are getting from say their credit card company.

Getting a house to look like a post card is expansive, and if i do that -i rather sell at the premium.
