I have really enjoyed the success principles some have shared of the extremely wealthy individuals that have crossed their paths.  

That is wrong on both conservative and liberal principles, imho.

That means that when those who were not raised in the United States passed on, the FIRST generation of born Americans threw out the principles of Europe, Africa and Asia and abolished slavery completely!

That's why you use hermeneutics to deduce the principles.

I'm genuinely curious to know on what principles you make this statement.

I do agree with the principle that is espoused for those "no money down" systems.

It's conventional.While it's possible to leverage seller financed notes at deep discounts, the conventional note out of a mortgage company can be leveraged with traditional banks for a line of credit.You will have a disclosure to the buyer/borrower that the seller has a financial interest in the mortgage company as a principle.

They do not make any claims to be a principle in the transaction, they do not try and pass themselves off a licensed professional, they do not have any involvement in the real estate transaction itself and therefore will not be at the closing table.

I've even gotten bills for vacant lots under this principle.
