., so to put up with that crap, they feel 200 a month is proper pay whereas a property hoarder (investor) might want to accept 100 a month because the property is in good condition, or their financing can only permit them so much per door, or their market is competitive/expensive.Then theres the cash on cash return which gauges one's ROI.
