Your states law will OUTLINE how the process CAN go to keep it the same between any/all banks, but ultimately the bank gets the final say on when they can/want to actually carry through the foreclosure process.

Listen to Gary on this one...I was the listing agent on a property where what appeared to be a small amount of mold was found during the inspection that turned into an approximately $15,000 job with two ripped up bathrooms and a month of remediation...Quite a learning experience and two jam packed files of disclosures that outlined every step of the way of the process.Guess we did a good job because it's been four years since that happened and we did not get sued.
