I was in the Navy, stationed overseas with two rentals I'd purchased in 2004 and 2005 with very little money down. 

The community sits right on top of the light rail, with the station right at the corner.

Some of our tenants want specific language stations, or specific sports stations, or movies, or only child appropriate programming, etc.

No, duh, of course it's at the gas station with all those neat tear off flyer thingies right?

After all, the world is tuned in to the same station, WIIFM (what's in it for me). 

The also have a daily hour long "radio show", which is actually a paid advertisement, on numerous radio stations and can be heard in podcast format as well.  

Or just open a business Gas Stations, Convenience Stores, small hotels/motels require 24/7 staffing they all require 5-10 people to run the whole thing, close family/friends all can live in close quarters working the business.
