We are in a unique market right now for the most parts of the country where there are deals everywhere.

I don’t recall any violent civil unrest from this crisis.The German economy suffered hyperinflation in the early 1920’s, which was primarily triggered by excessive financial obligations to other countries (sound familiar?).

I understand that this is a very generic question (considering property values are different all over the country), but my bids have usually been around 11-30% of the listed price and I haven't had any success.  

They have provided details of current tenancy in the foreign country as well as pay stubs from their international employer.

I believe another advantage, those two little towns have, is the country living feeling.

I know you have done them around the country but oddly never in Memphis considering how hot it has been since forever !! 

A few some differences with the U.S.A. which make things a little more of a challenge in Canada:Market sizes - Canada as a country has about the same population as the state of California, spread over a geographical area larger than the U.S.A..
